ACCREDITATIONS
Mr. Sweeney has several designations that show his proficiency in areas that are critical to his success in this market segment.
• ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) is given by the National Association of Realtors® to those agents who have taken special training and provided proof of experience in meeting the specific needs of real estate buyers.
• CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) is awarded by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing to those who have received special training in the unique requirements of this segment of the marketplace. The Million Dollar Guild is bestowed on those members of The Institute that have multiple transactions over 1 million dollars each.
• CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) is awarded to less than 4% of all REALTORS®. It is your assurance of a high level of competency, education and experience. REALTORS® who have this designation have had advanced education and have passed a series of tests. In addition they have submitted proof of a high number of actual real estate transaction, proving their experience as real estate professionals.
• CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) is awarded by The National Association of Home Builders to those who have received special training in the unique characteristics of new homes.
• ePro is awarded to those with special training in using technology in servicing real estate clients.
• ICREA (International Consortium of Real Estate Associations) Certification by this organization provides international contacts and access to information and resources to assure a flawless international real estate transaction.
