EXPERIENCE
Mr. Sweeney decided that corporate life was simply too confining. He decided to begin a career in real estate early in the year 2000. He started at Coldwell Banker and found out right away that his transition out of corporate America was a great move. He made Circle of Excellence (a National Association of Realtors® award) his first full year in the business and has never looked back.
In 2005 he decided to get his broker’s license and open his own office. He started Alliance, REALTORS® which he formed because of his commitment to excellence and ethical business practices. “It’s important to me that I control every aspect of my business,” Mr. Sweeney commented, ”to insure that the level of professionalism is up to what I expect.”
Mr. Sweeney’s background in life and business lend themselves well to servicing the high-end luxury market. He was raised in that lifestyle and understands its unique requirements. He went through a relocation with his family so he knows firsthand how it works and how it feels. He is a broker with more than 50 agents working under his direction, and he knows the real estate business intricately. His experience in corporate America also provides him with a professional perspective that he brings to every real estate transaction.
