Consulting Services:
Most of Mr. Sweeney’s services are reimbursed through the commission he receives from the seller’s agent. Therefore there is usually no charge to you for his services. His policy is to enter into an Exclusive Buyer’s Agency Agreement with his clients. This agreement provides a level of protection to both parties as it clearly spells out what services will be provided and the subsequent costs. His services are described on the “Services” page for buyers and are billed according to a price list that is available upon request. If a property is ultimately acquired, these charges are offset by the commission, which usually covers everything. If the accrued charges are greater than 50% of the earned commission, then only the difference will be payable. If a property is not purchased, or if it is purchased without Mr. Sweeney’s involvement, an invoice for services rendered will be submitted for payment.
